I was blown away by the customer service I received! I did not have an issue but they reached out to me to clarify some things that I wasn’t clear about in my note. They were so nice and even made suggestions on what to say on the hankie. They were such a pleasure to work with and I wanted to share my experience with everyone because I know there are lots of choices on Etsy when you are looking for a gift like this but you won’t find the attentiveness and quality that you do with this shop!
