I could not have asked for a better experience with this shop. Katie directed me to the perfect poem for my friend, whose son is about to get married. She sent a beautifully personalized quality handkerchief that was everything I expected. My friend called it a precious gift and said that she would cherish it forever. It is definitely well enough made to be considered an heirloom. Katie was wonderful to work with regarding my customization on the piece, and she got the item out to me in plenty of time for me to wrap it and gift it for a special event. I will definitely order from this shop again in the future.
